You will be treated to a 1oz tasting pour of four different Whiskey Del Bac expressions. Each expression will be appropriately paired with a delectable bite. You will enjoy a dessert bite and cocktail tribute to complete the evening. This experience includes a souvenir glass for you to continue discovering Whiskey Del Bac in your own home.

Menu To Include:

1oz tasting pour of the Sentinel expression, paired with southwest baby back ribs, with Sentinel whiskey chipotle barbecue sauce and street corn.

1oz tasting pour of the Dorado expression, paired with Short rib, with Dorado Whiskey sauce and a sundried tomato risotto.

1oz tasting pour of Classic expression, paired with mini Lamb rack, with chimichurri and Classic Whiskey braised sweet potato.

1oz tasting pour of Old Pueblo expression, paired with waffle chicken and bacon lollipop, with Old Pueblo whiskey infused prickly pear syrup.

Dessert will feature a sample of a dessert cocktail, and Sentinel infused dark chocolate mousse.
